How sending works

  1. Book — choose your service and delivery option, and print or request a label.
  2. Hand over — drop the parcel at your local depot or book a courier collection.
  3. Track — follow the parcel from pick-up scan to delivery, with the last known location shown on a map.
  4. Delivered — Authority to Leave parcels are left in a safe place; Signature parcels are handed over in person.
